Every week, the current board of directors for the IA Institute, staff and occasionally a key volunteer, meet to discuss the activities and projects which the Institute’s staff and volunteers are working on and make decisions that help drive and develop services for our membership and support our extended community.

As the secretary elected for this term, Jeff Parks has the responsibility (by law!) to keep minutes of the meetings where the board of directors make decisions (I’m not kidding about the law thing, it’s in our bylaws.  Keeping minutes is a requirement for us to maintain our 501 (c)(6) non-profit status).

We will use this space to keep you updated on main decisions made and key topics being discussed.
