Website
Dorian and Jeff spoke for a few hours about website approach.
Last two boards promised new website but failed to deliver.
We should deliver something in the next 12 weeks,
1. dissolve existing site into a new one
a. Get structured semantic data (SCOS) – author, content type within islands of content into context, eg. MovableType
b. Create a thesaurus, IA Glossary, MT tags
c. Weekly report to community (similar to iainstitute.org/sandbox), possibly on News or on a Blog
d. New site allows better connections between sections of the site.
e. Promote World IA Day

Jeff to project manager
Dorian managing back end/deliverables
Requires commitment
IA Summit Podcasts
Jeff Parks looking for guidance on sponsoring podcasts for IA Summit. Some complaints about content coming in late/incomplete.
Would like to recruit an A/V team to take over from UIE.
(The Oct 31 call had been postponed).
