Gotta celebrate the small victories

Eric, if it was not clear in my description of What’s In A Minute, this is is an attempt to share information describing the items addressed during the meetings with additional context for people who are not familiar with all the topics.

I am still keeping the raw notes that need to be taken during the meetings, which are much more arid and short-hand to be useful for everyone though required by law – this is available to the IRS and for audit needs.

If you have suggestions on how to make things better, please let me know.

Much of this post reads like a letter to the membership, not minutes of a meeting. The advertisement for the precon is just one example. Granted, all of this is fine information. But as a legal record of board discussions and decisions it is sadly lacking.
