AIfIA elects new board members in August

AIfIA will elect two new members to its Board of Directors the last week of August 2004. AIfIA members should submit their nominations for new directors by August 9, 2004. Self-nominations are also welcome.

Key election dates are:

  • August 9: Nomination Deadline
  • August 25: Voting Begins
  • August 30: Voting Ends

The AIfIA Board is made up of five members who serve two-year terms. Each year two or three new directors are elected to replace retiring directors. This year, new directors will replace Peter Morville (President) and Louis Rosenfeld (Treasurer). The new directors' terms will last from September 1, 2004 to August 31, 2006. Victor Lombardi, Samantha Bailey and Livia Labate will continue to serve on the AIfIA Board until August 31, 2005.
