IAI Workshop - May 7 at IA Summit

Please join the IA Institute in Atlanta on the Saturday of the IA Summit. We are hosting and facilitating a working session to architect the information of Georgia House Bill 757. Reserve your seat today by emailing us at at info@iainstitute.org

Architecting The Information of HB757

This is a working session toward increased understanding of the controversial legislation in Georgia known as HB757.  In the admittedly brief time that we'll work together, facilitators will lead participants in conceptual modeling and semantic analysis of the text of the now-vetoed bill.  By working together using the practices and lenses of information architecture, we'll generate some visualizations and visual explanations off from the "dataset" of words in the proposed law.  When we de-convene the session, our expectation is that we will have increased participants' ability to understand the meaning of the bill, and have made some of what's complex in the human rights and civics issues clear.
